System designed for outdoor construction which requires especially high parameters of thermal insulation. It is possible to use it in windows and glass cases, sliding, folding, and automatic doors, as well as bent constructions. High thermal insulation of the profiles is achieved thanks to deeper profiles — 85 mm for window sashes and 77 mm for other profiles, multi-chamber construction of thermal pads which results in better stiffness of a profile, and multi-chamber construction of 2 components gaskets made of EPDM. Profiles are made of the EN AW-6060 alley according to PN-EN 573-3:2009. Size and shape tolerances are compliant with the PN-EN 12020-2:2001 standard.

Perpendicular section connections are obtained by cutting profiles at 45˚ and putting 2 corners into profiles chamber, which can be picketed or kneaded. Transversal connections are made with the use of aluminum connectors which should be picketed. What is characteristic for this system is its close relations to other Morad systems, such as AC-62, AZ-45 i AF-50. Such construction assumption made it possible to obtain and apply many compatible elements, e.g.: common beadings, corners, gasket strips, and window seals, cover gaskets, hardware and accessories. One of the effects of the unification is almost identical appearance both from the outside and the inside of the made products.
